Meermin is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted footwear. If your purchase is not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, ensuring the shoe box is protected by an outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
